Sofa’s inner frame is constructed from natural hard wood /commercial plywood . The thickness of the wood allows for the heavy tension webbing. The frame is padded with high resilience foam having density 32-40Kg/m³. The complete structure will be fully upholstered with Fabric, Vinyl, Leather, Leatherette. The understructure is supported by wooden legs and joints with metal threadlocks on the allen screws of the legs & tighten the legs to the shell. There will be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor.
